1) Exploring ‘attunement’
The practice of ‘attunement’ is the process of getting into oneself, in the silence, to connect with our inner point of balance, and in centring ourself in the present before starting a task.
Standing or seating still, with the eyes closed, and focusing on our breathing for a moment,and considering the task we need to accomplish. It may be a seemingly mundane task such as cleaning, cooking or tidying. However done with the correct attitude, feeling aligned and inspired, the task becomes an opportunity to experience working with love and gratitude in our heart, bringing many blessings into the task.
2) Can you think of any situations when you have rejected a strong intuition only to realise later that it would have been better to follow it?
3) How easy is it for you to reach a space of stillness? And how often do you prioritise time to be still? It is particularly important to be still at times of deep challenges, when negative emotions are bubbling up to the surface.
4) Experience withdrawing from the world for a few days, without listening to any media – no newspapers, no television, no radio and no internet. This is not about ignoring or rejecting the rest of the world. It is about staying positive and centred, so you can help the
5) This meditation helps you to dissolve the fear associated to expressing your creativity. Every one of us is unique, able to express a type of creativity which does not exist anywhere else. The universe needs all of us, all our voices to create its symphony. Your voice is indispensable for this symphony to be in complete harmony.
