Thank you for your interest in my activities. Here you will find the program of workshops and pilgrimages that I offer on the island of Patmos and in Egypt.
Since 2011, I have been living in Patmos, while my winters are spent in Luxor, the jewel of southern Egypt.
I share the knowledge I have acquired throughout a unique and sometimes eventful journey. Life offers us a range of initiatory experiences to live. Our challenge is to give meaning to our trials. It is by drawing on both the roots of Christian tradition and the wisdom-filled teachings of ancient Egypt that I have found my spiritual nourishment and that I continue to marvel and grow a little more each day.
During my courses on Patmos, I offer angelic guidance in individual consultations online and in person. It is thanks to the precious teachings of dom Charles-Rafaël Payeur that I was able to acquire, more than twenty years ago, the method for interpreting the messages of the angels. Indeed, knowing our angels more intimately helps us to consciously co-create the new world to which we all aspire.
Haniel is my name.It was chosen by my father. He was keen on Christian Kabbalah and he explained to me, when I was still a child, that the archangel Haniel was a very powerful being of light connected to the planet Venus and that I could call upon him/her daily. Years later, I added the first name Sofia, when the Orthodox priest asked me for my new name during my chrismation… The choice of this first name seemed obvious to me, because it was during my visit to the Hagia Sophia Basilica in Constantinople that I realized the importance of my connection with Orthodoxy.
My family heritage – Despite the fact that I was born in the Paris region, my parents brought with them the colours of different horizons. My mother, a clever blend of Greek and Armenian cultures from Egypt, met my father, who was born in Madagascar but originally from the picturesque island of Réunion. Undoubtedly, this cocktail increased my desire to travel and deepened my appreciation of cultural diversity.
My life journey – Since I was very young, fragments of past lives have crept into my memories, awakening a spiritual quest within me. At the age of 16, I was confronted with the loss of my older sister, who was 17 years my senior, as well as that of a dear friend, in two tragic accidents that occurred a month apart. By that time, I had already endured many painful instances of abuse. The accumulating trials continued to lead me towards new inner quests. I quickly immersed myself in the study of astrology alongside Solange Mailly Nesle, I explored angelology, I meditated on the archetype of the Tree of Life, I immersed myself in colour therapy, and I discovered the joy that sacred dance brought me. For 20 years, I lived in England, where I taught at the university and where I opened a therapy practice dedicated to our relationship with food. In 2011, shaken by an unexpected divorce after two decades of married life, I left England carrying only two suitcases. I felt the need to go to Greece alone and undertake a conscious spiritual quest. My intuition and angelic guidance led me on this initiatory journey, enabling me to face my numerous fears. After what seemed like an interminable wandering across the country, encountering the darkness of my soul, my journey finally safely took me to the island of Patmos. A benevolent atmosphere and a gentle way of life enveloped me, healing my wounds. Since then, a series of “coincidences” and synchronicities have continued to occur, and I welcome them with deep gratitude.
