workshops on Patmos
There are places that support us in our pilgrimage on Earth. Patmos is one of those places where powerful energies have converged since ancient times.
Blessed by the goddess Artemis, this island is home to Saint John, Christ's faithful companion, and is also on the Archangel Michael's sacred line. The millennia-old whispers of monks and hermits who made their mark through their prayers are the threads that weave its history. The Philokalia anthology, a compilation of prayers that nourishes hearts seeking spirituality and links us to the knowledge of the Desert Fathers, was composed here.
When I arrived here in 2011, I intended to stay only a few days, just to participate in the sacred music festival. But I had not expected the magical experience that Patmos would provide.
I travelled around Greece for seven months in search of a place that would rekindle my enthusiasm for life. Upon my arrival in Patmos, everything seemed to fall into place, as if to greet me: a job opportunity materialised before my eyes, and the rental of a charming house appeared out of nowhere.
I have enjoyed my work as a tour guide, and discovering this island has brought me great joy. However, most visitors only have three short hours to explore its treasures before returning to their cruise ship. That realisation prompted me to plan week-long workshops where we could take our time exploring these spiritually charged locations and where I could share my teachings. This welcoming environment, which encourages the opening of the heart, allows us to touch this dimension of ourselves, which needs silence and listening to reveal itself to us.
Experiencing Orthodox Easter on Patmos
April 7-14, 2026
During Holy Week, we will have the opportunity to attend major religious ceremonies symbolizing the steps leading to the Resurrection in beautiful churches steeped in history and piety. We will explore the significance of rituals and symbols, the power of Byzantine chants, and local customs. We will also encourage moments of silence for our personal intentions. We will celebrate the Resurrection by attending Midnight Mass, followed by the traditional feast.
The Virgin Mary, Queen of Angels
May 5-12, 2026
During the month of May, which is devoted to Mary, we will discuss the important but little-known topic of Marian initiation. We will strive to put into practice within ourselves the virtues of the Virgin Mary and thus to give birth to the inner Christ. The island of Patmos is perfect for a meeting with Mary since it is home to Byzantine churches with miraculous icons of the Virgin. Moreover, Saint John, who spent an important phase of his life on Patmos, was entrusted with the responsibility of caring for Mary when he accepted her as his mother. Mary has also made her presence known through many apparitions, and we will see why her message is so relevant to our time.
Archangel Michael, protector of humanity
June 17-24, 2026
All around the world, people are experiencing a time of great transformation. In the Apocalypse of Saint John, we are told that Archangel Michael will be present at the end of this cycle to help us transition to a new consciousness. It is he who fights for the light to prevail. Join us as we delve into the ways to tap into the power of this radiant being, the embodiment of the Christic archangel. As we embark on an inner journey together, I will share sacred gestures (mudras), symbols, meditations, invocations, and prayers to help you connect with Michael's solar energy. Since Archangel Michael is associated with the summer solstice (June 21), I will propose that we perform a sacred act in celebration of this event.
The Apocalypse of Saint John, a treatise on spiritual alchemy (delivered in French)
September 15-22, 2026
This text, supposedly given to Saint John during his exile on Patmos, reveals lessons of immense significance. Some see it as a veritable manual of spiritual alchemy. I will suggest a symbolic interpretation of the seven visions evoked by the disciple, and we will examine the construction of the Heavenly Jerusalem, this city of crystal that the new man must erect within himself, taking care to build it on twelve specific stones that constitute the foundations of this city of clarity. The autumn solstice (September 22), frequently linked to harvests, is a time when we celebrate the results of our work throughout the year. It is an opportune moment to express our gratitude for our achievements and for the riches we have received.
How to access our angelic guides
September 29–October 6, 2026
The goal of this workshop is to encourage you to meet your angelic guides and open yourself to their guidance. Angels guide us with tenderness. The more we become aware of their existence and their function, the more they reveal themselves to us. The lessons are typically delivered in serene natural settings to promote self-reflection and attentive listening. I will teach you basic rituals, invocations, sacred names, and visualisations. On October 2nd, we will pay special tribute to the guardian angel, as it is the feast of the guardian angel in the Catholic Church.
It is a small island in the Dodecanese that has gained international fame for its rich religious history in addition to its beautiful beaches, charming towns, breathtaking landscapes, and mouth-watering food.
